浙江佳奔电子有限公司始建于1986年，经过三十多的发展和积累，现已成为专业从事高品质器具开关的设计、研发、制造、销售和服务于一体的国家高新技术企业。公司主要经营“JIABEN”牌微动开关、跷板开关、按钮开关、扳机开关、调速开关和电位器开关等各类交、直流器具开关和各类交、直流线路板模块等100多个系列，8000多种型号产品，主要应用于交、直流电动工具、电动园林工具、清洁器具、家用电器和小型机床等行业。
新工厂占地24.3亩，建筑面积52000平米，现有职工700余人，资产总额超3亿元，新厂区环境舒适，交通便利。配置有装配生产线80余条，注塑机80余台，高速冲床40余台，自动化设备300余台，SMT自动贴片机8台，2021年为全球客户提供各类产品合计超过1.3亿只，销售额超过5亿元，出口创汇超1800万美元，创税近3000万元。

我司拥有技术领先的开关测试中心（实验室），并获得美国UL WTDP目击实验室认证，公司已通过ISO9001质量管理，ISO14001环境管理，ISO45001职业健康安全管理三体系认证。全系列产品通过美国UL、欧洲TÜV、CE、ENEC、SEMKO、CB，韩国KC和中国CQC认证。公司全面采用PLM产品生命周期管理系统、ERP生产物料计划管理系统、MES生产可视化管理系统，实现了产品从设计、生产到销售的信息化和数字化管理。
我司拥有全套模具加工设备，可独立完成注塑模具和五金冲压模具的设计、加工和制造。我们不断进行技术创新，并引进国外先进制造技术及产品工艺，并购置进口高精度模具加工设备和零部件检测设备，注塑机全部采用机械手作业，并采用中央供料系统。近年来，我司大规模采用自动化作业，大幅提升了生产效率和产品一致性。

After more than 30 years of development and accumulation, it has become a National High-tech Enterprise specializing in the design, development, manufacturing, sales and service of high-quality appliance switches. The company mainly deals in more than 100 series and more than 8000 models of "JIABEN" brand Micro Switches, Rocker Switches, Push-button Switches, Trigger Switches, Speed Regulating Switches, Potentiometer Switches and other AC and DC appliance switches and various AC and DC circuit board modules, which are mainly used in AC and DC Power-tools, Power Gardening Tools, Cleaning Appliances, Household Appliances, Small Machine Tools and other industries.
The new factory covers an area of 16,200 square meters, with a building area of 52,000 square meters, more than 700 employees, and a total asset of more than 300 million RMB. Our company has a full set of mold processing equipment, which can independently complete the design, processing and manufacturing of injection molds and metal stamping molds. We constantly carry out technological innovation, introduce foreign advanced manufacturing technology and product process, and purchase imported high-precision mold processing equipment and parts testing equipment. All injection molding machines are operated by robots and adopt a central feeding system.
